Valentine's Day Surprise

We don't make a big deal of Valentine's Day, even so it was a lovely surprise to win this gorgeous bouquet of flowers put together by Alice of Dovecote Flowers in Suffolk.

Made it worth opening a bottle of champagne too, before settling down in front of the Rugby.  Perfect Sunday!

Rugby with your beloved? Sounds like a great Valentine's Day celebration when paired with a bottle of bubbly. Enjoy!

  9. I used to think I never won anything, but just recently my luck has changed. The flowers are just getting better as they open up in the warmth of the kitchen. Thanks for dropping by.

    1. Ah well,Poppy, my first love was a rugby player so my memories of standing on the touch line in all weathers are very much associated with romance. Actually I do enjoy a good game of rugby though, when it flows and the teams are well matched.
